Reiki is an energy healing modality used for stress reduction and relaxation which allows healing to take place. While it is spiritual in nature, utilizing the life force energy that is in all living things, it is not religious. This life energy is always flowing around us and in us. It raises a person’s vibration, breaking up negative energy in the process. It provides love and compassion to the client and it promotes healing on all levels through its use. Reiki is holistic in nature and is complementary to allopathic medicine.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a technique guided by spiritual consciousness and is defined as spiritually guided life energy. As such Reiki can do no harm. Reiki energy will always go where the person needs the energy to go. It will adjust itself to what is appropriate and is helpful and safe. The practitioner is not actually doing the direct healing, they are the conduit for the healing to take place.
Reiki has a long history of use in a variety of illness, injury, emotional, and spiritual issues.
In January 2014 the International Center for Reiki Training introduced Holy Fire® Reiki. While not religious, Holy Fire® has been around since ancient times. It provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance and is both powerful & gentle.
The Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. It is a type of reiki energy and a system of Reiki healing based on Holy Fire energy.
Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.
Karuna itself is a Sanskrit work translated to mean "compassionate action". Karuna Reiki® can be defined as the Reiki of Compassion.
During a session I utilize my knowledge as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Level Reiki Practitioner, honoring the Reiki system with it's use of powerful symbols, hand positions and divine energy flow while also utilizing my knowledge as an intuitive and channel of divine messages allowing myself to be a clear conduit for pure unconditional Creator love. One of the most beautiful parts of energy work is the guides that assist us and the messages that flow through...always through the light of Creation/God/Universe. I am always filled with gratitude and a profound sense of respect, that I am able to witness and be a part of this beautiful spiritual practice.
"I cannot stand as a witness amongst the Angels, guides, and magic of Divine and not feel humbled by the glory of Creation and the support that is available to us." - Sara Gasch
While Reiki is an amazing technique it is not meant to replace treatment from a licensed medical or psychological health care provider.

Reiki is administered through a soft touch (or a slight distance away if preferred) while sitting or lying down – fully clothed. It is not massage. During the session, the practitioner’s hands are placed along the energy centers and pathways of the body.
The recipient may feel warmth, coolness, gentle tingling and/or a deep sense of relaxation. Recipients may find that they fall asleep during the session.
During the session I am channeling divine energy for the highest truth through pure unconditional love.
After the session I relay any Divine messages or information that came during the session.
